About
A small agency, on purpose.
W.A.A.R. builds websites, runs ads and sets up AI receptionists for businesses that need the front door handled by one team instead of three suppliers.
The name
W. A. A.R. is the service list.
Websites. Ads. An AI Receptionist. Three parts of the same job: getting found, being understood, and answering when someone calls.
Most agencies sell one of those and subcontract the other two. We keep all three in-house, so the site, the campaigns and the phone line are measured against the same outcome — enquiries that turn into work.
We started in 2026 and work from Montréal, with clients across Greater Montréal and Quebec. The team is deliberately small: the people who scope the work are the people who build it.
How we work
Four rules we do not bend.
They are the reason clients stay, and the reason we turn work down.
01
Say what we mean
Plain language in the proposal, the site and the invoice. If a sentence needs a glossary, it gets rewritten.
02
Charge for the work
Fixed scope, fixed price. If we underestimate the job, that is our problem to absorb, not yours to fund.
03
Build things that last
Clean code, documented handovers, standard tools. Nothing is locked to us — you can leave with everything working.
04
Refuse what we cannot do well
We are a three-service agency. If your problem sits outside those three, we will say so early and point you elsewhere.
The team
Who you will actually deal with.
No account managers relaying messages. You speak to the person doing the work, and you get an answer the same working day.

Shan and Sush
Founders. We do not publish who does what: you meet the person doing the work on the first call, and you deal with them directly from then on.
Next step
Worth twenty minutes to find out.
Bring the problem, not a brief. We will tell you what we would do, what it would cost, and whether it is worth doing.
