How do you charge?

Websites are a fixed project price. Ads and the AI receptionist are a setup fee plus a monthly retainer. You get the full breakdown in writing before any work starts.

What are the payment terms?

50% to start the work, the remainder on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in CAD and exclude taxes.

What is not included?

Ad spend, domain and hosting fees, third-party software, photography and legally required copy such as terms or regulated disclosures. We list these separately in every quote rather than hiding them in the total.

Is there a minimum term?

Ads and receptionist retainers run on a 30-day written notice period. There is no annual lock-in, and you keep everything we build.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. Most clients start with the website, then add ads once the site is converting, then the receptionist when call volume justifies it.
